LA LLUVIA
Tola nueche’l son
volviera de nuevu
y cai otra vuelta
esta sele lluvia insistente.
¿Qué soi pa min
que deba ser recordao
y insisto
tanto? Ye que
nunca’l sosiegu,
la dureza siquiera,
de la lluvia que cai
va tener pa min
daqué más qu’esto,
daqué non tan insistente...
¿Voi quedar enzarráu nesta
postrer esmolición?
Amor, si m’ames,
échate al mio llau.
Sé pa min como lluvia,
la salida
al cansanciu, a la fatada, al semi-
deséu de la indiferencia intencionada.
Muéyate
con una allegría decente.
THE RAIN
All night the sound had
come back again,
and again falls
this quiet, persistent rain.
What am I to myself
that must be remembered,
insisted upon
so often? Is it
that never the ease,
even the hardness,
of rain falling
will have for me
something other than this,
something not so insistent –
am I to be locked in this
final uneasiness.
Love, if you love me,
lie next to me.
Be for me, like rain,
the getting out
of the tiredness, the fatuousness, the semi-
lust of intentional indifference.
Be wet
with a decent happiness.
Á Antón: el poema ta muncho bien traducíu. Pero'l sustantuvu «lluvia», ¿ye asturiano? Agua. Agua que cai mentes llueve. Xuan Bello
ResponderEliminarGracies Xuan. Queda bien poniendo «agua», hasta meyor igual, como más cerca, pero yo creo que «lluvia» o «lloviu» existen n'asturiano. En mio casa dizse muncho más «agua», pero tamién esti refrán: «L.luna con cercu, chuvia nu güertu» (y nun se diz augua nesti casu); o esi otru: «Xelu tres de lloviu, nieve hasta'l xinoyu». Pero «agua» pinta bien nel poema. Gracies otra vuelta.
ResponderEliminar¿De "be wet" ye "muéyate" la meyor torna? ¿Nun tien un sentíu sexual? ¿Nun sería meyor, de ser asina, un "amoyéntate", "amoyezte", "humedezte" (lo más esplícito) o asemeyao? Home, "esllímate" diba ser un migayín burro.
